You definitely have good chances. Also you can appear for state Polytechnic entrance exam like Delhi Polytechnic / UP Polytechnic etc. Also you can explore about- NFTI ( Central level government technical institutions)
- on the Job training courses by TATA etc. - scholarship by LPU / C. U.

AIML & AMD branches are new and better in terms of private sector jobs and have less demand at the present. CSIT would have more score although B.Tech in IT is also demanding. It depend a lot on your interest and goal. If you goal is government job then one can opt for CSIT. You can also read governing engineering job notification.

Yes you can get direct B.Tech lateral admission in ECE, Elections etc. Related to Diploma stream specializations in colleges located in Tamilnadu and Maharashtra etc.

It is possible that you may get a seat in Vellore or Chennai campus of VIT for Integrated M.Tech with a rank of 3225.
