Both UPES Dehradun and Bennett University are good colleges or universities for CSE Engineering. If students are looking for a well-established university with strong industry-academia collaboration, then UPES Dehradun may be a good choice for students. If students are looking for a university with a strong focus on research and innovation, then Bennett University may be a better fit. The best college will be different for different students. Founded in 2016, Bennett University is a new university that is backed by the Times Group, one of India's leading media conglomerates. Whereas, JSS Noida is a more established college, having been founded in 1997. Since Bennett University is relatively a new university, the infrastructure is better than that of the JSS Noida University. The facilities are modern as compared with the JSS Noida. To be eligible for BSc Computer Science admission, most colleges require a minimum aggregate score of 50% in Class 12 with PCM as the required subject. Based on your percentage, you are eligible for admission. However, admission requirements may vary by college.

M.Sc. Computer Science admissions are granted based on the scores of various entrance exams such as LPU NEST IIT JAM DUET Common Entrance Test (CET), etc. Conducted by any State body or by the University level. Reputed colleges accept admission based on entrance tests. JNUEE DUET IPU CET OUCET, BITSAT are a number of the entrance exams for M.Sc. Computer Science admission. I hope this helps.
