KCET marks between 60-70 can keep your rank under 20k. While board marks between 60-70% are good enough for getting good B.Tech college for CSE.

The general category students may require a minimum CBIT cutoff of 900 to 33000th rank for various B.Tech specializations. Likewise, for SC, it is 5000 to 125000th rank, and for ST, it is 3000 to 61000th rank.

To get admission to RV College of Engineering, students need to qualify for KCET examination. 45% of total seats are reserved for students from Karnataka. For admission to  Computer Science Engineering one should have more than 280. Also, to be on safer side, one should have scored more than 140. The competition ranges from 130 to 145 candidates per year.

Yes, you have a good chance of getting admission to JIIT Noida for CSE or ECE. Otherwise, I am sure that you will get CSE in JIIT Solan.
