Yes, you can apply for the course. It is advisable to get in touch with the college officials for detailed information on admission process because the same is not disclosed on the college website.

Yes, outside students can apply. But you have to give either JEE or GUJCET exam to take admission in here because admission to BE is done on the basis of rank secured in Gujarat Common Entrance Test GUJCET conducted by Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSHSEB) or Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Mains) conducted by Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). 60% of JEE marks and 40% of boards marks are taken into consideration for the ranks.

You have to score above 80% in 12th science from a recognized board. I too am trying to apply admission in this college. And if you had passed through Maharashtra Board, then you will get into this college with much relaxation in your percentage.

Hi,
The requirements differ and depend on whether you want to do a course based or research based MS program. A research or thesis based MS is very difficult to get into. Please check here for details and accordingly check the requirements:
https://www.cs.ubc.ca/students/grad/prospective/programs/msc
Also, remember a 4-year degree is required.
