Hello Aryan,
It's very nice to see that you have scored quite handsomely in your fourth semester. Normally speaking, open category students should score above 95% to get CSE. But then, admission process is very notorious for springing surprises. Hence I would advise you to not worry about it and give it your best shot. Best wishes to you.

As I am not sure about the NIT but for the Lovely Professional University- LPU. If you are looking for a CSE branch in DTU /NSIT/IIIT. You'll not get that if you are a general category student. You can get a CSE branch in IP university-affiliated with good colleges.

You may have a chance of getting admission in DTU lower branches in Spot round if you are general. Or if you have category you'll easily get admitted.
