No, you can't because eligibility criteria is that you have to clear entrance at first. Then only, you can take admission.

As you want to take admission in MCA as lateral entry but lateral entry program is only for those candidates who have graduated form BCA. So, you are not eligible for the same. Best wishes

Hi,
Admission to B.Sc. IT course is based on the candidates performance in a relevant entrance test, and subsequent round of counseling. The basic eligibility criterion for pursuing B.Sc. (Information Technology) degree is qualifying 10+2 or equivalent examination in Science stream with Maths, Physics and Chemistry as subjects studied and with a minimumof 50% marks secured in Maths and/or in aggregate from a recognised board.
