For government jobs, start preparing for entrance exams. There are many SBI PO Civil services, RRB, RBI, SSC CGL etc. Fill entrance application forms and start giving exams. Different exams have different difficulty level and scope. Read about each and apply accordingly.

You also can do vendor certifications. If you are interested in Java, then give OCPJP exam. If you are interested in SQL then do Oracle SQL or Microsoft SQL certification. Likewise, if you are interested in hardware and networking then CCNA. And then do job in IT Sector.

Start with basics. Do MS Office first. Then do basics of hardware. This covers the basics. Now depending on your interests proceed further. For instance, if you are going to take commerce then go for Tally. If you are interested in web designing then HTML and so on. There are many free courses online. ITI has a lot of value in India. Yes, it can help you get job faster. But, I would like to recommend other courses like Data analytics, digital marketing, IoT and Blockchain, etc. These are trending and will have more demand in future. Explore various options and then select ITI.

You can do a bachelors in CS or IT. Though in college, they won't teach you hacking but a degree is necessary in order to work in top MNCs. Along with a degree program, you can pursue Ethical hacking/Cyber Security courses. Do a CEH certification.

Also, it offers Master's program in several cyber security and forensics domain. Post your graduation, you can plan for it.

Congratulations on completing B.Sc Computer Science. Ideally, there is not much difference between both the degrees. The syllabus might differ from university to university. CS is having a good mix of all computer related subjects. IT is considered to have more software related subjects. My suggestion would be to go for M.Sc. In CS as you have already done B.Sc in CS. Even, if you do M.Sc IT, it doesn't makes much difference. Also, I would recommend you to think of MCA. You also have an option to work in an IT company and pursue certifications side by side.
