No, You need a recognised Bachelor degree or equivalent to apply for MCA.
If you have done BCA or B.Sc. (IT), then you are eligible for MCA lateral entry!

If you want to appear in IBPS Bank Exams then, you need to satisfy all the other eligibility criteria as well.
