Hi Rahul, Yes, you can pursue the course but kindly make sure that you do not show both the degrees together. IGNOU is no doubt one of the top distance universities offered across INDIA but do remember that there would be no classroom teaching, sub-par faculty members or no faculty members at a study centers
No or very less networking with other students in regular college as in B.Sc. (pursuing)
Also, the papers are considered a little at par than regular distance courses so prepare well. Rest is fine.

Depends. MCA is a professional course that is designed to get you a job quickly. M.Sc. IT focuses more on academic and research side of IT and will allow you to pursue lectureship or do research.

If you have appeared for JECA, then why do you want to get direct admission? As you will get a better college through counselling. Direct admission is only possible through management quota.
And, Management quota admission and fee cost is not advertised openly by any of the colleges/universities across India as being a paid seat it totally depends on the discretion of the college authorities. Please contact the college authorities for all the details.

Yes, you have to learn programming languages to get the job in the MNCs as this is the only thing that can take you to the MNCs as these big companies never hire the student with the backlogs, but if you have a good command on any of the programming language, then you can get into the MNCs.
