Hi,
Both are good courses to do. But, I'll suggest you to go for B.Tech, as B.Tech has more value than BCA. And, Salary is more in BCA+MCA. But, you can pursue MBA after B.Tech.

No, it is not. It is just a program designed to attract students. It is not a distance program. Integral University does not have any Distance Education programs.

MCA is professional course that is also job oriented. M.Sc. Is not a job oriented course and is mainly theoretical with little practicability in job environment. If you want a job, pursue MCA. If you want to pursue Ph.D. later, pursue M.Sc. CS.

Yes, you pursue MS from US.
A GRE score in the range of 300 to 330; the higher the score the greater the chance of getting into a premier university. IELTS score of 6.5 and above or an equivalent TOEFL score. A good overall score in the undergraduate degree. These are the eligibility criteria for applying MS in CS.

Below is the academic eligibility criteria for BCA course:-
Candidate must have completed Higher Secondary Examination or equivalent
- The minimum marks secured in 12th standard should be at least 50%.
- The candidate should have pursued the science subjects. The science subjects should include Physics and Chemistry.
