Both are best choice, and CCNA & RedHat are equal, but remember Cisco is Networking and RedHat is Linux , Cisco is a closed source and RedHat is open course, that's why Cisco has very good and much better revenue. If you did both or any one certification, you will be definitely getting a better job.
If you are interested in server side networking, then you can go for RedHAT. It is the best suitable course.
If you are interested in core networking, then you can go for CCNA, CCNP, CCDA, and CCIE.
RedHat course has an edge over CCNA, as it has links to Linux, which is widely in use in an IT-Industry, and there is need of such specialized pr

Hello,
A very interesting query has been posted. It requires solution in all dimensions. Firstly, and most importantly M.Tech and MCA are considered as almost same by many in the industry. But, this is far from truth. Though of course, both are post graduate courses. Pursuing M.Tech is possible only if one has completed B.Tech or BE in relevant field. Only after this, admission is feasible. Then, there is GATE that one needs to clear before admission could be thought of.On the other hand, pursuing MCA is possible based on marks obtained in BCA at graduation level. Having said this, it is observed that many subjects are common between th

You are serious aspirant of CAT, you should focus solely on your profile building during initial years of graduation. Because, for getting into good Bschool, it is equally important to have a good profile. For that you can participate in various cocurricular and extracurricular activities. Also having good graduation aggregate is very important. You can start your entrance exam preparation during your final year. If you put 2 hrs a day for 4-5 months prior to examination and around 20 mock tests in month before CAT, then you can easily fetch around 99 percentile.
Thank you
