.NET is an Object Oriented Programming language which can be used for building and running of software applications for Windows, Windows Server, Windows Phone, Microsoft Azure, and XML Web services. It is included as a part of the curriculum for various degree courses in computer science and computer applications in many Indian universities. However, this course can be pursued separately as a certification program in any computer training institute. In the latter case, the time duration, fees and eligibility criteria vary from one institute to another.
On a personal node, I would suggest NIIT, GNIIT and Appin Technology Lab for enrolling into a certification course in .NET. These choices have been made considering the widespread reachability, affordable fees and placement opportunities provided on completion of the course. However, other institutes can also be a good alternative, provided they have good faculties. The key concept is to have a clear idea about the programming concepts, paradigm and ability to find a solution to any problem.

The M.Sc is designed to combine theory and practice. It teaches the advanced techniques and ideas that are being developed in application domains (such as graphics, visualisation, and computer security) and the rich and diverse theories that underpin them. These include models of computation and data, and mathematical analysis of programs and algorithms.
The course aims:

2.To enhance the skills of a professional who is already working in one of these industries;

However, I would strongly suggest if possible go for professional global certification those would help you a lot in IT and System. A couple of certifications are MSCE / MCSA / RHCE etc. These certifications are designed to educate you about Server-Client architecture. Also having networking knowledge will definitely lift you up to get better job and career scope, Therefore, CCNA /Comptia + certification you may grab.
Apart from all the certifications and training this is wise advise from my end which I have learned throughout my career is Practice-Practice and lots of Practice. You need to spend a good time every day in education and new thing.

Well, to be frank, BCA if done properly and on a regular mode, is a full-fledged programme and doesn't really give time to pursue another course simultaneously.
If your questions is what 'else' can be done alongside to make the most out of BCA, then you may read the below text:
1. Internship- There is a summer internship component in most BCA programmes and students are graded on them. Take this very seriously. You may not get the exact profile you aspired for but it is a great way to get an exposure to the functioning of an organisation. Both startups and MNCs have different dynamics, so try to assimilate whatever you can.
2. Learning enhancement certifications- Aptech, NIIT, etc. offer some programming and networking certifications- Java, PERL, SQL, R, Python, C+ to name a few. Join a certification based on your areas of interest and make it a talking point on your resume.
