Eligibility for MA psychology at Osmania University:
40% marks in Part II with Psychology as an optional at BA./BMR, M.Ed/ M.A (Education)/ M.Sc (Home Science)/ Diploma in Child Psychology or Industrial Psychology.
*But if you are already working as a software engineer, changing your field to psychology won't be a wise decision.

Getting a higher pay job after doing BCA is quite less. Although BCA being a technical subject, you need to struggle a lot for getting a high paycheck. But if you think about higher studies after BCA then go for it as after that chances of getting a good paycheck increases. And BCA from any college won't give you a good paycheck, the college also matters.

MCA is a good choice, but without waiting for next year, I would suggest that you pursue a professional training in the field of either programming, Cloud computing or IT infrastructure whichever area you like the most.
