B.Tech CSE is the first priority. If you are getting IITs, NITs, VIT, BITS-Pilani or other top institutes then B.Tech CSE is the best otherwise you can go for BCA.

After Bachelors degree in these fields it's very difficult to get job in foreign countries but if you plan for further education and perform extremely well in your study and research then you can apply for job.
