You can get job of Developer & Tester in Small & Medium size IT companies after BCA. You will be able to move to MNC or Large size IT companies after few years of experience. If you do MCA then you have multiple good career options.

if you are doing your 12th from private you can take nay subjects which help you to clear 12th with good marks.
The compulsory subjects for BCA are
Maths
Computers
English
