No, you cannot even think of getting into the IITs via CUET for BTech courses. The IITs strictly demand JEE Advanced exam scores for admission to their BTech courses in various specializations. You first need to clear the JEE Main entrance exam and then go for JEE Advanced to grab a seat at those temples of academic excellence.

The CUET UG exam for the Film and TV course is a bit challenging, but with enough preparation, you can easily crack the exam. The CUET UG test is divided into 3 sections, where the first two sections include General Knowledge & Current Affairs and Aptitude & Reasoning questions. The last section is domain-specific.
