No,  it's important to note that the official preference-filling process is typically conducted during the counseling or seat allocation phase, which occurs after the declaration of the final results.

Therefore, while you can start planning and researching your college preferences after the answer key is released, the actual submission of these preferences will take place during the official counseling process post-result declaration.
