You may consider doing through 3 entry points - Diploma, Bachelor or even certificate courses. Course options are hotel management, culinary arts, food and beverages, catering technology, bakery and confectionery, food production. Complete 10+2 and then do the Bachelors in the above options. Its better.

The duration of the course is 2 years. The Bachelor of Business in Culinary Arts offered at Le Cordon Bleu Paris is a 3 year course.

If you want to become a chef you can join a culinary college for it, you don't have to complete your B.Com. You can directly apply after class 12th.
