Hi,
I am sure you must have learnt to cook Indian cuisines during your graduation. I don't think you need to pursue a separate Diploma in cooking again, unless your area of specialization was not kitchen in HM. These days social media has a plethora of knowledge for cooking and flavors. Explore those first and experiment with various spices. If this does not work out, you can certainly consider pursuing a Diploma in cookery.

Hi, Distance learning under my suggestion would not be recommended, because professional cooking or culinary studies requires practical knowledge, which can be attained with regular batches. I suggest and strongly advise you to check the best Diploma courses in culinary near your location and try getting admissions in the same. Practical and regular degree would be suggested over distance. All the best.

Hi Chakshuta,
The admissions are going on right now. You can apply now if you want. I am not sure if they will allow applications in the month of September.
