The CUSAT DAT 2025 application form will be released online on the official website. Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria can fill out the form by visiting the official website. The application form process comprises of registration, filling personal details, uploading photograph and signature, selection of programs, and application fee payment. The CUSAT DAT application fee is INR 1000/- for general category and INR 500/- for reserved category.

The Cochin University of Science and Technology is the main conducting body for the CUSAT Departmental Admission Test. Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria can fill out the application form until the last date.
