Looking at the previous year CUSAT CAT cutoff, gettimg admission with a rank of 6,000 is difficult. The chances become even more less for General Category candidates. As per the previous-year data, the rank for some of the top courses were:

|---|---|
| BTech | 723-2733 |
| MBA | 83 |

| Integrated BSc-MSc | 29-55 |
The university might accept such as rank if applying via any other national-level entrance exam accepted for that course. Students are advised to prepare well if wishing to apply via CUSAT CAT score. Check CUSAT CAT preparation tips
