Yes it is a good decision if you can take the load of put the courses otherwise I believe that after M.Com or after doing CS you will get your dream job and whatever you want to do in your future.

Basically, when you apply for B.Sc Honours Chemistry, I believe only your PCM is cause considered and in that you are you do not take painting also because painting is a more of a practical subject so it won't be considered while calculating your bf's in general.

As such the accommodations near Deen Dayal Upadhyay are in colonies like Kamla Nagar Hudson Lane acceptor and in these places you will get a decent accommodation ranging from 9000 to 25000 per month you can even go further but you will get a decent accommodation in this range all the best.

As far as I know for BSC Computer Science on the PCM square is considered and your PCM score will be 91, which can fit you are a good colleges well. But, if you really want to know your BF is then you need to include one of the language subject that is English and you will have to calculate your BFS including English Maths chemistry and IP add them all and divide by 4.
