On April 15, 2019 you firstly have to fill the registration form and go for entrance test, after which that you can get admission in DU if you fall in the merit list.

there is no entrance exam in DU for B.Com and application form will be made online available from April 15.

Eligibility is a candidate must have completed Bachelors degree/Masters Degree in Science / Social Science /Humanities/ Commerce or any other qualification equivalent thereto with at least 50% marks in aggregate for general (45% marks for OBC and mere passing marks for SC/ST) Or B.E/B.Tech with minimum 55% marks and specialization in Science and Mathematics with at least 55% marks.
The candidate will have to choose only one teaching subject within a subject category which she/he must have studied in the qualifying degree i.e., Bachelors degree or Masters degree for at least 200 marks and obtained at least 50% marks in this subject.

you don't have to give your 12 mark sheet now. That option is for droppers. If they ask for 10th mark sheet or year of completion then this becomes clear that you are giving 12th this year.
