Yes, it's a good idea. Some of the good colleges for B.Com are:
1. Shri Ram College of Commerce.
2. Aligarh Muslim University.
3. Hans Raj College.
4. Deendayal College.

Regular B.Com is always better than correspondence. There after you can pursue M.Com from DU regularly through entrance test. January to June, DU conducts entrance test every year. You need to score more than 60% in B.Com.

Yes, you can get last year papers online. You can refer last year paper book published by Bright Law House which will be best for you as it covers 2008-2018 papers.

Yes, you can apply. There no such criteria for seeking admission in Delhi University. You need to have a gap year certificate which will be issued by any court.
