You won't be able to purchase B.Com (Hons.) in Delhi University as eligibility for admission is that you should have Maths or business mathematics as a subject in 12th class. You can apply in simple B.Com in Delhi University.

You gaps will not be considered during admission, don't worry. Prepare a valid reason for the same, if asked. Do you Social Work Course with passion.

As in my point of view, you're not eligible for DU because B.Com cut-off is very high, approximately above 90%. So, not for this university you're eligible for GGSIPU, AMU, JMI, etc.
