I don't think NID provides any master's courses and if any institute provides any master's courses that is M.Des.

Anyone above the age of 15 can apply for FX School courses.

Both are good in their own place. It depends upon your passion and interest whether you like fashion or interior.

NIFT is best for any design courses. They provide both Master's and Bachelors courses the form is out in Nov - Dec. Pearl Academy is also providing Bachelor's as well as Master's courses and admission process has started. Kindly checkout the website of Pearl Acadmey
NID is also good but they provide only Bachelors courses and the form is available on nearly the month of November, I think.

IIFT- They will take nearly one year for certification courses.

Hamstech Institute of Fashion and Interior design has not mentioned its fee structure anywhere. It would be better if you connect with the institute directly for the information.

In order to take admission in M.Des course in NIFT, you should have a graduation degree. Diploma are not considered as an eligibility criterion for admission in NIFT.
