Every admission cycle starts around the same dates. So, if you are asking when will be the next admission cycle, it will again start around November-December.

Both of these are very different courses, but yes, you can surely pursue designing along with medicine. All you need to do is take out some time and for designing and pursue it simultaneously. If you happen to become more interested in the same, then the best part is you may pursue the same and leave medicine.
