Pearl Academy is one of the top institutions in India for fashion design. The academy is turning out to be a well constructed academy with the leading alumni of the fashion industry supporting it. You are free to choose the campus you want with the available options with your rank. Counselling session happens rank wise. And as the rank goes lower and lower, seats get filled up and when your turn comes up, at that point, whichever campus are left as option, you'll have to choose out of them.
