Yes, film and video production are the part of mass communication, but it also depends on the various institutions how they provide the course. Some universities come up with special papers which include aforesaid topics, and some universities come up with these topics as mandatory in the mass communication courses. So it is completely related to mass communication. Many universities provide good placements of such agencies which offers a good amount of salary. Good luck.

Hi Archana,
You can pursue a PG Diploma or Masters in design. These courses generally require you to be a graduate from a recognised university in any stream. There can be age criteria for eligibility that might cause a hurdle for you, but each college has a different criteria. MIT-Pune will be a great choice for pursuing a design course at UG level. It is a highly regarded institute in India for design. The faculty members, infrastructure and even placements are incredible.
