After BA, you should go for MA, but as you have mentioned the course choices as fashion designing and textile designing, these are available in three courses, one is Diploma and the other is a graduation. As you can't do you UG again so there is Masters in fashion designing and textile designing. Also, as fashion designing is different from textile designing, it's up to you which you want to prefer.

If you want to prepare for NIFT, class 10th NCERT book will be sufficient. It covers all the basic topics that one needs to be aware of for the exam.
Thank you.

Any course from outside India would cost you about 6-7L per annum. Also education loan is not that freely available. But if I may ask, why go abroad? India has enough instituions teaching this. And it would cost less also. In addition, if you are interested in web designing why go for CSE? I am sure you can pursue your dream even if you do BCA in a local college.
