Designing a game is definitely a good idea, by the time you are interested in doing it. But, you will initially have to think weather you are looking something, which will help you to develop a game or you wish to design the characters. If it is only character designing then, you may also try animation as a course.

If you get into NIFT, NID or even PEARL, Its good as they hv bachelor's degree not only in fashion but others like textile, garment, industrial designing and placements are also good. If you are planning for web designing BCA would be better as after that you may go for pg diploma in it.
