If you have already done graduation, then there's no point in doing a Diploma, at least try to go for a PG Diploma in event management.

Yes, you can get admission in Diploma in Computer Science after 10th and many colleges provide this course. But the percentage criteria is not fixed, it is different in every college.
There is a university Dr. CVRU in Bilaspur(https://www.cvru.ac.in/) which provides a Diploma in CS and the University does not have any minimum percentage requirements. I have also completed my Diploma in CS with this university. And my experience with the college is so good, the faculty of the college is so good and also helps a lot. In the end, I get a decent placement. You should also visit the college before taking admission anywhere.
Best of luck.

It is better to re attempt IELTS and get individual score of 6. It will help you with your PR and also there would be less chance for visa rejection.

The candidates require at least qualifying their senior secondary examination to pursue the courses for becoming an Air Hostess. If you want to pursue PG Air Hostess courses then you need to pass your graduation. Generally, the airlines prefer to recruit Air Hostesses within the age group of 18 years to 25 years.
