Hello Akhil,
What you are asking can be called as typical Shakespearen dilemma. Both the options have pros & cons. Both sides have harsh critics and those who praise. Doing Diploma after class 10th imparts skills to the students making them fit for job market. They also become eligible for lateral admission in engineering and normal Admission for other degree courses. On the other hand, doing 11/12 is a conformist action. My advice would be to do Diploma.
