Here is the eligibility criteria:
a. Pass with a recognized Bachelor's degree or equivalent in the relevant field and obtained at least 50% (45 % in the case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the qualifying degree examination.
(i) BE/B.Tech/B.Arch
(or)(ii) B.Pharm(or)(iii) Master's Degree in the relevant branch of Science / Arts, which are prescribed.
b. (i) 10+2+AMIE(or)
(ii) 10+3 years diploma (awarded by the State Board of Technical Education) + AMIE.

No, you are not eligible. A candidate should have pursued B.Sc in any Science Subjects / Life Sciences in order to be eligible.

You are eligible for all the Diploma courses, but to get eligible for Bachelor's degree 10+2 is a mandate. Thanks.

Details are available about different aspects of eligibility for lateral admission in engineering courses on this website.
