You can secure admissions for B Tech programme through lateral entry scheme. You will have to clear lateral entry admission tests conducted by the state for admissions to state level engineering colleges. Alternately you can enrol for AMIE/AMIME/AMAeSI

Yes, you can, but as you have done Diploma from mechanical, now it would be a totally different line, if you do tourism Diploma. If you have high interest to do it, then it is okay, otherwise it is for no use.

13 years of education is not required in Canada. It is mostly a requirement in Germany. You can go ahead with the applications for BBA.
