Please mention the institute name for better assistance, as fees may vary from government to private institutes. B.Sc (nautical Science) fees will be definitely higher as to fees of Diploma in nautical Science.

You have not mentioned here the category you belongs, however the general cutoff for year 2017-18 was 69.6. And, the SC cutoff were 57.4 to 61.2.

The rule of posterization is that in which subject you have done graduation. In that particular subject, you can do post-graduation course. You can't take any other different subject. Thank you and have bright future life.

If you are going for Foundation course of one year. It can cost INR. 1 lac to INR. 2 lacs per year. And, for Diploma, it can cost INR. 2 lac to INR. 5 lacs, depending upon college.
