You can pursue evening classes to complete your graduation in engineering. There are various colleges that provide such courses for working professionals. Don't opt for Distance or Correspondence courses in Engineering. They don't have AICTEs approval.

No college can offer you 100% placements. Companies do visit the college but getting selected totally depends on you efforts.

For BBA admission, you need to have passed 10+2 from a recognized university. I am not really sure if the university will consider you for admission in BBA based on you Diploma.
