NIFT Kannur predominantly does degree programs, but they have some Diploma and certificate courses such as Fashion Fit and Style, Apparel Production, and other stuff like CAD for Fashion or Surface Embellishment. These are not all on offer every year, so it would be much better to check it on their website or at least just call them to see what's on offer right now.

In Chandigarh, most colleges seldom admit directly to the 6th semester to complete a Diploma in engineering. Still, some institutions will provide lateral entry admission for the holders of the Diploma for the 2nd year (3rd semester) of a B.Tech program, keeping your engineering studies going.
