Diploma is a course which is a one year course and is done after 12th as Diploma and when a Diploma is offered to graduates it is called Post Graduate Diploma. Diploma in engineering is dine after 10th as a three year course and is equal to 12th as well. After engineering Diploma through polytechnic you can get jobs also.
