Hi Vikram,
To pursue either Diploma or Degree, you need to be 12th Passout. On the basis of 10th standard, you can only pursue Short Term Certificate programmes.

Now, I don't think, it will be possible as the admissions are mostly closed in most of the colleges. However, I would advise you to decide on the college and check with them once if they have few seats left.
