You must complete at least 12 year education to pursue Bachelors course. Your Diploma course must at least be of 2 year duration to qualify you for further studies. Your grades are very good, you are advised to contact some universities directly before you apply. Also, to study in USA, you must take SAT or ACT. PG course is a Master's degree level courses. Diploma courses are generally normal Diploma courses for undergraduate level. You will also find PG Diploma course, which is a one year course.
