I hope you know that PG Diploma is a PG level programme so you cannot do it without holding a Bachelor's degree. First, apply to undergraduate programmes in USA and then think of applying for PG Diploma programmes abroad and even in India.

Although, the placements are provided to the students only on merit basis.
They only provide placements if you get scholarship on merit or academic basis.
Also, if your CGPA is more than 8, then they'll provide you with placements.

You can do your Ph.D from a recognised university with your B.Tech credentials. Qualifying exam are GATE, CSIR, UGC NET and ICAR.

The eligibility to apply for Diploma is you must have passed 10+2/equivalent and a obtained a certificate in Kuchipudi Dance from any recognised institute.
