Thne applications for ACJ Entrance Exam open in March/ April. The exam is conducted in May. After all the evens of the entrance test (results, document verification, counselling, etc.), the classes can start anytime in the next few months.

There could be more than one, and abroad is a very generic term. You have to specify where and what exactly you intend to study. You can check the list of the colleges in the link below. You can select according to your budget, the requirements etc.

I am afraid that such information is not readily available. You can, however, check on the webpage of DTE of Tech Edu of Telangana since they will be the co-ordinators for admissions.

No, you should first complete your 10+2 and then seek admission in the undergraduate course.
