Yes, you can take admission in B.Sc.
You can take admission in any of the course which is available for 10+2 students. But I would suggest you to join B.Tech after Diploma as it is the best field after pursuing Diploma. Moreover, you can directly join B.Tech 2nd year through lateral entry scheme on the basis of Diploma.

DTE of each state would be controlling admission process of lateral entry. In Maharashtra, it's online. Admissions are granted based on marks obtained in Diploma.
