10+2 class passed with science (PCB) & English Core/English elective with an aggregate of 45% from recognized board under AISSCE/CBSE/ICSE/SSCE/HSCE or other equivalent board.
Students appearing in 10+2 examination in science stream conducted by National Institute of Open Schooling with 45%.
The student shall be medically fit.

No, you cannot do the diploma by distance, Please try to clear your 12th first, then think of doing diploma, there are diploma course available in part time or evening classes.

Eligibility for admission to flying Institute is 12th with PCM. If you have this qualification, surely you can seek admission. For detail after diploma, I would advise you to directly approach your intended flying school for clarification.

You need to have atleast 50% in gradation to get admission in IIRM (promoted by IRDAI) for PG Diploma in management.

Hi, looks tough. I think your engineering degree will be considered full time. But I will suggest you get in touch with DAAD officials and check the website of DAAD Delhi. It is an official organisation to consult to study in Germany. You should also keep other options other than Germany.
