Eligibility for MBA is graduation. You would be completing diploma which is not considered as graduation. After diploma, you will have to complete some graduation to become eligible for admission in MBA.

You can go for Diploma in logistics management from a government institute or Indian Maritime University.

Lateral entry admission in German University for any Diploma holder in Engineering is quite difficult. Students studying for graduation degree in Engineering may seek lateral entry by credit transfer. You are advised to do B.Tech lateral entry in India and then go for MS in German Universities.

Hi, a diploma is basically a professional fast track program, good for jobs directly after studies. However you are interested in research then it's a Master's degree you should go for.
