I you have scored more than 85% then my suggestion would be to go for regular college in DU and after that, MBA through CAT/XAT.

For any PG course, you must complete your Bachelor's degree. Diploma is UG level unless you are talking about a PG Diploma. Certain institutes may accept you for lateral entryway into their Bachelor's programs.

Diploma in Engineering from polytechnic is not a graduation degree. You will not be eligible to seek admission in MBA unless you complete your graduation degree. If you have done diploma after 10th then Diploma marks may be taken against 12th marks. But if you have done Diploma in Engineering after 12th then 12th marks will be taken.

Annamalai University's fee is too nominal, after completion of the course they provide provisional degree without any delay. You can go ahead.

According to UGC norms and regulations no technical course can be enrolled through any distance courses.
