Congratulations on completing BMM. I would advise you to take up a Master degree in film making as Diploma programmes are institute specific and Master programmes are UGC approved. Also, what matters more is whether where you pursue it from. Apply and prepare for the best colleges.

If you want to work abroad you must be qualified enough and I will recommend, you should gain some work experience in India before applying abroad. A PG Diploma won't be of much help. Even with a CMA certification it will be recognised only if you gain at least 5 years of work experience. Earn qualifications first and then apply abroad.

You said that you want to become an automatics designer. Even if there is any such course, it's use is rather limited. Even Indian companies are taking design inputs from special companies abroad. However, if that is your passion then you need to get job in the design department of an automobile major. Merely studying further will not help you.

Yes, it's surely a good idea to pursue PG Diploma. You will have to appear for and clear GATE with good score then only you will get admission in a good institute since recruiters normally come only to good and reputed colleges.

Yes, that is a very good option. These days with growth in this sector, the requirement of such surveyors has increased drastically and hence job availability is almost assured.

These days government jobs are becoming less and less. But don't worry. Jobs in private sector are in abundance. Actually, with your qualifications, you should get a good job. But instead of doing B.Sc, you should go for B.Tech that will take same time if you get lateral admission.
