After completing Diploma, one can get lateral admission in the 2nd year of engineering or use Diploma as equivalent to class 12th and get admission in the 1st year. Now, if the Diploma is in mechanical, then for lateral entry there will be restriction as to which branch you can get admitted. However, if you are using Diploma as equivalent to class 12th, then you can get admission in any branch of engineering.

Cyber law is best and Government Law College or New Law College - Mumbai have wider scope for this Diploma course.

For MBA, which is a post-graduation degree, you need a valid graduation degree. You can pursue BBA in aviation.
