Hello Shani, Yes of course you can change. I studied Diploma in mechanical and now I'm studying BE CSE in a reputed engineering college in Chennai. May be my answer have a negative idea for you but that is the fact. Please kindly don't change the branch of study if u are a slow learner, home sick (if u r a hosteler), lazy, have friends, and came after hearing IT field have a good scope in future. Please believe me. Have experience. In Diploma I did mechanical and have 91% and got BE CSE in a reputed college in Tamil Nadu. After attending a class I came to know the reality of the subjects that I had. Damm it was too tough.

Hi,
If you have done B.Com & interested in technical, then instead of thinking of Engineering you can do MCA. Benefits; -
MCA is of 3 years but Engineering is of 4 years
Also after the completion of MCA you will get more preferable than B.Tech coz MCA is a MASTER Course. Note* it is only possible to do MCA after B.Com if you have Maths in Intermediate
Hope this would help you.

Hi,
In this situation, you have to talk to your college and tell them to provide you Certificate. May be anything wrong with any data then your Certificate didn't receive.
